CatGenie Australia Shipping and Delivery Information

 

Delivery Locations

Delivery is available Australia wide. Items are shipped from our Brisbane or Melbourne warehouse depending on your location.

 

Standard Shipping

Metro areas: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days

Regional areas: Estimated delivery time is 3-10 days

 

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available on all products

Expected delivery time is 1-2 business days to metro areas

 

Order by 2:00pm AEST for Same Day Shipping

All orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are shipped from our warehouses that same day. Same day shipping excludes public holidays and weekends.

 

Pick Up

Pick up is available from our office in Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131. If you would like to pick up your order, you will need to place an order over the phone with one of our staff. We will remove the shipping cost from your order and have your order ready for pick up by the time you arrive. Pick up is available during office hours only (Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm).

 

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on the weight of your total order. Generally, the heavier the item is, the higher the delivery fee will be.

 

Track & Trace

All orders placed online at www.catgenie.com.au are shipped with Australia Post. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number*. You can track your order from dispatch to delivery via the Australia Post Tracking Portal. Enter your tracking number underneath 'Track an Item' and click 'Track'.

*Please note: Your tracking number will become active once it has been scanned by Australia Post. 

 

Signature Required (Recommended)

If signature required is selected at checkout, Australia Post will request a signature upon delivery of your parcel. If the address on the order is unattended, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Post Office. It is your responsibility to collect your order from the Post Office. You can check which Post Office your parcel has been delivered to by entering your tracking number into the Australia Post Tracking Portal.

 

Authority to Leave

At checkout, you can choose to give permission for the delivery driver to leave your order at the address of delivery.
