With our 90-Day, Unconditional, Money-Back Guarantee, you have a total of 90 days from your purchase date for you and your cats to fall in love with the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box! If you're not completely satisfied, return your CatGenie before the 90-day deadline. YOU MUST SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

 

If you and your cats aren't satisfied with the CatGenie, simply contact us on 1300 228 436 within the 90-Day time period and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). To be eligible for your refund, the CatGenie, along with any unopened supplies MUST be returned to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund.

 

Please clean the CatGenie and throw away any used Granules and opened SaniSolution Cartridges. Send the CatGenie in as close to original condition as possible. Any CatGenie units that have not been cleaned will incur a $75 cleaning fee. The unit must be in its original box to qualify for a full refund (excluding freight), a $25 fee will be applied if packaging is not returned and requires replacement. Please include your reason for return. Extra supplies that are used or opened are NOT eligible for refunds.

Please note: A 5% fee will be applied to the total value of the order when paid using Afterpay or Zip Pay.

You will need to contact us - CatGenie Australia (1300 228 436) and request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number) from one of our support team members. To receive an RMA# you will need proof of purchase (receipt/invoice number).

Yes. CatGenie Australia is not responsible for any expenses involved with returning your item to us.
