PLEASE NOTE: You must contact Ready Pet Go on 1300 483 179 before sending a product back. You will need to call us on this number to receive your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Your RMA is valid for 14 days. Returned products must be sent back within that time.

We recommend that you return the product via a reputable postal/freight provider, and that you organise insurance on expensive items to cover any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. You must prepay all returned postage costs. Bark Control Australia reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return parcels that arrive as COD (cash on Delivery) or have "More To Pay" stamped on them.

At Ready Pet Go, we offer an unconditional, no questions asked, 60-day money back guarantee on all unused and unopened items we stock.

If your situation changes and you no longer require the product, simply contact us for return instructions. If an order has been shipped for free, all shipping costs incurred by Ready Pet Go will be deducted from the refund amount. You will also be responsible for any expenses involved with shipping the item back to us. All items must be returned clean and in re-saleable condition. Used or opened items are not covered by our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. 

You will need to call us on 1300 483 179 within the 60-day time period and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). To be eligible for your refund, your product MUST be returned to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA Number. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund.

Please note: All refunds for orders paid using Afterpay or Zip Pay will incur a 5% fee of the total order value.

We will also replace products that are; damaged during delivery, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to fulfillment errors.

  • You have opened and used the product. Your return is automatically void.
  • The product is not in resaleable condition (excludes damage caused by delivery).
