Do I have to pay for troubleshooting help?

Not at all. 

 

Do I have to pay for any spare parts?

During your 2-year warranty period, you will not need to pay for any spare parts. After your 2-year warranty period, spare/replacement parts will need to be paid for.

 

What about after the 2 year warranty?

After your 2-year warranty, replacement parts will need to be paid for.

 

Will someone come to my house to have a look at the CatGenie?

Because we're an online-only business, we will troubleshoot all CatGenie issues over the phone.

 

What hours are you available?

Our CatGenie technician is available from 8am - 4pm AEST.

 

What if I'm not available during your opening hours?

If you are not available to chat during our office hours, please email us or send us a message on Facebook with as much detail as possible. Please include your order number, an explanation of the issue and any images or videos.
