1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

The 1 Year Warranty applies to any defective parts of the CatGenie unit caused during the manufacturing process. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by:

• physical alterations
• abuse
• neglect
• misuse

Returns Policy

Before returning the CatGenie unit and any spare parts, you must contact CatGenie Australia (1300 228 436) to receive your Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA#). All products must be cleaned before returning them. Do not send any used or opened CatGenie supplies.
